Finds 10 popular and microfinance banks in Colombia, the CX and channel leaders inside them, and a dated reason to write. When Google News comes up empty, a Claygent reads the bank's own site and returns "none" if it can't verify a date and a source. What moved: the fallback verified initiatives at 3 of the 10 banks, including Mundo Mujer's WhatsApp outage, which made them my first account. Tradeo
