Your first week
- Day 1Kickoff45 minutes live, run twice: one for North America, one for EU and APAC.
- Day 2Pick your project trackIntroduce yourself to the cohort and post Milestone 1. Tracks include connecting your CRM to Clay Audiences and shipping your first AI research task.
- Day 4Milestone 2The next build on your track is due, like building your first list or enriching, scoring and qualifying leads.
- Day 6Milestone 3The third build is due, like enriching with a workflow or letting AI draft the prompt.

I came into this completely new to managing and enriching prospect data, so I was a bit nervous, but the cohort training made it really approachable. One thing that stood out to me was how well the program works around real-world constraints, like the fact that you're always working with real data in Clay. It meets you where you are, which I think makes a big difference when you're learning something like this.
The cohort helped simplify how to think about building TAM lists in a more structured way, especially around sourcing signals before enriching everything. The framework was strong, and pairing that with deeper conversations around our specific use case made it truly actionable. It felt less like a tool training and more like a shift in how to architect smarter GTM systems.
