Before you apply

Know what you’re signing up for.

Time3 to 6 hours a weekTwo weeks, four modules, 1.5 to 3 hours each. Live sessions run 45 to 60 minutes. An hour a day beats a Saturday binge.
Not for
  • Companies past Series A, or not VC-backed: Outbound Orchestration Foundations is your cohort.
  • Engineering, product, design, customer success and support, or data, finance, legal and HR roles. It's built for people on an operating GTM team.
  • Interns and people still in school.

Your first week

  1. Day 1Kickoff45 minutes live with the Clay team. Introduce yourself to your classmates.
  2. Day 3Find your best customersLive session on your best customers. Assignment 1 is due: your AI context, set up in Clay.
  3. Day 7Enrich your ICP listLive session on buyer fit and timing. Assignment 2 is due: your ICP list, enriched.

Questions people ask

Do I have to attend the live sessions?

No. They're optional and recorded. They're not lectures: you build live with classmates and Clay coaches.

What does it cost? Can my company reimburse it?

It's free, so there's nothing to expense or get reimbursed. You build in your own Clay workspace.

Where do I get help during the cohort?

Post in your cohort's Help channel in Discussions. Coaches and classmates answer there, so every answer helps the whole cohort.
