Jingjing Fang
I design, build, and improve GTM systems that connect data, workflows, and technology to solve operational problems.
I started my career as a Salesforce Administrator, where I learned that the value of a system comes from how well it supports the people and processes around it. Over the past several years, I have worked on Salesforce and GTM systems, collaborating with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to solve operational problems and improve how teams work. Over time, I became more interested in how systems, data, workflows, and decisions fit together across the GTM process, which led me to explore GTM Engineering through the Clay AlphaForge cohort. Today, I bring together my Salesforce and RevOps experience with modern GTM Engineering approaches, focusing on understanding how systems work as a whole, identifying where information or processes break down, and building practical solutions that teams can understand, use, and trust.
