I build signal-driven outbound and Clay systems for early-stage B2B startups

ParisLinkedIn

I started by automating my family's plastics business in Jaipur, which ran on phone calls, paper and WhatsApp. Since then I've built GTM from scratch at early-stage startups in Paris: founder's associate at Mindflow and Buster.Ai, then chief of staff at Inrō, where I was the first non-founder hire. Now I co-run Real Good GTM, building Clay systems and signal-driven outbound that create pipeline and show where to scale, and I coach Clay cohorts. Open to founders who want pipeline they can trace back to a signal.

Case study
Clay Solutions Partner certification
Signal-based GTM system for a legal-AI startup
Eight Clay tables turn 87 won deals and a messy CRM into scored accounts, verified partner contacts and dated triggers, then write AE-ready emails to a Google Sheet. A free spend gate keeps 61 of 132 accounts away from every paid step. Tradeoff: a site re-read can drop a fact the first read had.

Clay Outbound Automation certification
Signal-led outbound in one Clay workflow
One 70-node Clay workflow takes each account from a signed webhook, drops customers, open deals and opt-outs before any spend, scores fit and dated intent, checks the contact and delivers one fact-checked lead to the SDR queue, even on replay. Tradeoff: holding doubtful contacts for review slows volume.

Clay Automated Inbound certification
Inbound router that authenticates, scores and routes
A 45-step Clay workflow rejects junk at 0 credits, matches the CRM by email then name and domain, scores fit and intent separately and routes by segment and territory, with a sourced brief for each rep. A real Sheets outage recovered with exactly one delivery. Tradeoff: the duplicate guard isn't truly atomic.

Clay Paid Ads certification
Matching named accounts on LinkedIn Ads
A Clay audience syncs people at target accounts to LinkedIn, with one verified identifier per person and five hash checks before anything leaves Clay. On a fresh list of 700, enrichment lifted LinkedIn's match from 81.7% to 86.0% for 72 credits. Tradeoff: LinkedIn never says who matched, so gains are net.
